At Crystalane, your satisfaction means everything to us. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as expected—and that’s okay! While we do not offer returns, we happily provide exchanges under specific conditions.

💎 Eligible for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

·       You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

·       Your request is placed within 72 hours of delivery.

·       The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and protective coverings.

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges if:

·       The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.

·       The exchange request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

·       The item was purchased during a sale, offer, or clearance promotion (unless damaged).

·       Custom or personalized orders are also not eligible.

·       Size issue if the product is adjustable.

🔁 How to Request an Exchange

1.     Email us at contact@crystalane.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2.     Include:

o   Your Order ID

o   In cases of damaged, wrong, missing or sizing issue with the products received by the customer then unboxing video is mandatory and for sizing issue please share the post wearing video.

o   A clear photo of the product (showing the issue)

o   A short description of the concern

3.     Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

🚚 Exchange Shipping

·       In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

·       If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the item to our return address.

·       Shipping costs for exchanges due to personal preference (like size, color, or change of mind) will be borne by the customer.

🔄 What Happens After?

·       Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your replacement product within 5–7 working days.

·       If your requested replacement is out of stock, we’ll offer you a store credit or allow you to choose an alternative of equal value.
